This notice explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It applies to the contact form on this site. St.Adens International is the responsible party for this information. The Forms page only offers documents to download and does not collect any information from you.
What we collect
When you complete the contact form we collect what you give us: your name, your email address, your telephone number and the message you send. We do not ask for more than this through the form, and you should not send us confidential details through it.
Why we use it
We use these details only to respond to your enquiry and to contact you back about it. You consent to this when you submit the form.
Protecting the form from abuse
To keep the form free of automated abuse we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process limited technical information such as your IP address for that purpose alone. It does not profile you or follow you across other websites.
How your information is handled
Your enquiry is emailed to us. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not share it with anyone else for their own marketing. Our web server keeps standard access logs (such as IP address, timestamp and the page requested) for security and reliability, as any web server does.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry only as long as needed to deal with it and follow up, or as the law requires, and then remove it.
Your rights
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact details below and we will attend to your request. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
